The BP6000 BASE PLATE has a unique design destined for professional cameras like the SONY F3, EX1, EX3, The PANASONIC AF100/101, P2, and plenty of other camera models with interchangeable lenses. The BASE PLATE 6000 should be used with cameras featuring electronic viewfinders or external monitors. Made of solid anodized aluminum, The BP6000 provides a perfect fit to Sony camera plates with its perfect fit V-lock delta adaptor on the bottom.

Equipped with a socket on each side, you will be able to fit SHAPE?s DOUBLE QUICK HANDLE ROSETTE to perfection, giving you a very solid grip. The double handles are removable with one knob screw.

The BP6000 also allows the use of 15MM rods at the front, such as a mattebox or a follow focus. And at the back for our specially designed vertical battery plates, and digital recorders.

Making sure this plate is going to be comfortable and effective, it has a removable shoulder pad with Velcro, making it quick and easy when going on a tripod.

The BP6000 was specifically designed for the offset thread holes for the SONY F3, but it allows the installment of several other models.
